My journey to massage therapy started with a horseback in 2007. This Journey took me from Alberta to Oklahoma and back to Alberta.

I had utilized the services of an Equine Massage Therapist so often that I decided to take Equine Massage Therapy in Vernon BC. After completion in 2007, I started my own business.

Horses have owners and riders who also wished for me to work on them. Back to school, I went. Completing Massage Therapy in Fayetteville Arkansas, I again started my own business in Oklahoma.

After a few of my own injuries sidelined my massage therapy practice in Oklahoma, I moved back home to Alberta. Back to school I went, to meet the requirements to become an RMT in Alberta.

Massage Therapy aids in my passion for helping others. My education includes Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and now RAPID NeuroFascial Release.

When I am not in the clinic or school you may find me in the mountains. My greatest joys in life are my children, my granddaughter, and my dog.

I look forward to meeting you and aiding in your wellness journey.
