Raemy trained in Korea where she began learning various massage techniques including Swedish massage and reflexology. She later travelled to New Zealand and took a course on advanced aromatherapy.
After practicing in Korea she came to Canada and studied massage therapy for relaxation massage. She excelled in her 1000 hour course at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy. She then independently studied for and challenged the competency equivalency exam for 2200 hours so that all of her clients would benefit from their various insurance plans. She eventually became the lead therapist at her clinic in Calgary but is excited to embark on her new role at Optimum Wellness.
Raemy employs Swedish techniques for relaxation, deep tissue massage, therapeutic, and prenatal massage. She also uses trigger point release, stretching and hot stone therapy.
Her techniques are beneficial for the relief stress and pain, headache and the prevention and treatment of injury.
