Sara Reimer R.M.T.

Sara studied Massage Therapy at CDI College in Calgary finishing with honours in January 2008. Her care and treatment plans include Swedish relaxation, hydrotherapy, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage. Her mission is to build a treatment plan that personally meets the needs of each client to achieve their goals in building and maintaining good health.

She enjoys working out to keep up with her health and fully believes that regular activities and active lifestyle are important in achieving a happy healthy lifestyle.  Other activities she enjoys are snowboarding, hiking, jogging and basically anything that includes being outside.  Another passion she has is travelling world wide and discovering life outside of Canada.  And of course, relaxing with family and friends.
