Tara LaRochelle R.M.T

Tara completed her training at Alberta Massage Training Inc. and is registered with NHPC.

She has Certification in Swedish Massage as well as Hot & Cold Stone Massage. Future focuses of her practice will include pre/post natal massage, therapeutic massage and other complementary therapies. Tara’s key objective is to build a treatment plan that will assist patients in meeting their health and wellness goals, and truly believes in the benefits of incorporating massage therapy in to one’s life to maintain optimum health and wellness.

Outside of her career, Tara enjoys spending time at home with her young family. Time together is time well spent. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping with friends and finding some spare time to read and bake.
