Kimberly Matheson, RMT
In 2001 Kimberly graduated with honors from Lethbridge Community College. The program provided her with a broad range of therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques. She was also fortunate enough to be trained specifically in sports massage therapy. After finishing schooling Kim opened her own massage therapy clinicin Brooks, Alberta. Working with clients on a daily basis she was able to successfully treat many different conditions such as repetitive strain, impact injuries, migraines, chronic headaches, whiplashand general tension and soreness. She also worked closely in conjunction with several chiropractors and local doctors. After a maternity leave Kim joined Generations Chiropractic Clinic with Dr. Kristi Laycraft. Being able to work in conjunction with chiropractors, massage therapists, cold laser and acupuncture has only helped her grow as a therapist. After the High River flood, she was greatly relieved to hear that Dr. Laycraft would be returning along with Optimum Wellness Centers. Kimberly is excited to continue practicing in a full care facility, and grow within a great company. Kimberly has now been practicing for 13 years and still loves every moment of it. She takes great pride in having a job that she can help people every day. When she is not at work Kim loves spending time with her family, playing sports, and being outside as much as possible.
