Jasmine is a massage therapist that received her 2200 hour certification at Lethbridge College. Throughout her two years of massage therapy school Jasmine gained knowledge in a variety of techniques that include deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, and various stretching and strengthening techniques. Her interest in massage therapy was sparked upon her completion of the Kinesiology program at the University of Lethbridge, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Her studies in Kinesiology provided her with significant knowledge about human anatomy, stretching, strengthening, as well as human and exercise physiology.

Jasmine is a very adamant supporter of the collaborative approach to health care that Optimum Wellness Centres strives for. She understands that rehabilitation is an integrative process that is best achieved through multiple modalities, which is why she is very eager to learn and expand her knowledge base to provide the best care possible. Jasmine also recognizes that along with massage, active self care by the client is also an important part of the recovery process. Because of this she ensures to provide not only massage but also stretching, strengthening and hydrotherapy techniques to accelerate the healing process. She has a particular interest in athletic rehabilitation and injury recovery.

Outside of massaging, Jasmine has a passion for the sport of ringette, and enjoys most other sports. She also enjoys the outdoors, listening to live music, and spending time with her family and friends
