Jasmine is a very adamant supporter of the collaborative approach to health care that Optimum Wellness Centres strives for. She understands that rehabilitation is an integrative process that is best achieved through multiple modalities, which is why she is very eager to learn and expand her knowledge base to provide the best care possible. Jasmine also recognizes that along with massage, active self care by the client is also an important part of the recovery process. Because of this she ensures to provide not only massage but also stretching, strengthening and hydrotherapy techniques to accelerate the healing process. She has a particular interest in athletic rehabilitation and injury recovery.
Outside of massaging, Jasmine has a passion for the sport of ringette, and enjoys most other sports. She also enjoys the outdoors, listening to live music, and spending time with her family and friends
