Camilla started with the claims department for Optimum Wellness Centre back in 2013 and has watched it grow right from the beginning. Over the past few years she and her colleague have helped guide in taking on new tasks to alleviate and help clinic assistants at all of OWC’s 27 locations. Although, you may not see her you might speak to her on the phone in regards to a credit and/or collections or accounts receivable inquiry, booking an appointment at the Call centre via chat or email, maybe even asked questions about third party insurance. Camilla’s 10 years’ plus of experience in customer service and outstanding communications skills, have allowed her to further develop and grow in new areas and has proven essential to her career development at OWC.
Her completion of psychology and sociology courses have made her an excellent team player and have also optimised her to be a true assist for optimum wellness centres customer service base.
