This year we have added the Strathmore Youth Centre as yet another way we at Optimum Wellness Centres give back to the communities in which we reside. Although the bulk of our clinics are in Calgary, we want to be just as active in the communities that surround Calgary, for keeping the smaller communities thriving will benefit us all.

The Strathmore Youth Center accepts anyone within the Calgary area. "If you need a new place to come and meet some friendly people in the Strathmore community we welcome you to come and check us out! We have pool tables, air hockey, karaoke, foose-ball, special events, seminars about alcohol and drug abuse, and FOOD!!!"
