| Kate graduated the massage therapy program at CDI College and is registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (formerly AMTWP). Kate has a strong background in anatomy and physiology, theory and technique to provide you with personalized care using Swedish massage, deep tissue and fascial work and trigger point therapy. Outside of work, Kate enjoys reading, gardening and hiking
