Holly graduated in 2007 from the Calgary College of Holistic Wellness' Swedish Massage and European Medical Massage programs.  Swedish massage is world renowned as one of the safest and most effective massage techniques, combining smooth strokes with trigger point therapy for effective release of tense muscle tissue.
Holly is enrolled in Reiki and will combine elements of this as well into your massage.  She has genuine concern and interest in your health and will work with you to attain your highest potential.  She looks forward to being a member of your health care team.
